Faith@Work Groups: toolkit
Interested in becoming a "What if we...?" kind of person? What if we approached work differently? What if we woke up to God's purpose for our lives here in this organization, and all of the potential he wants me to live into? What if we were different kinds of employees, ones who served without being asked, brought our A-game every single day, and were an utter delight to work with? What if we prayed into what God's spirit was doing today, and took risks to jump in with him? What if we were on the forefront of a movement, awakening the people around us to God and all of his potential for our lives?
If so, then you might be the person to launch a Faith@Work group. Here are the steps:
1. Pitch the vision to someone else: "Hey, I was thinking about work, wondering if there was more that God might be up to and I want to figure out how to do it differently, where I both bring meaning and discover meaning every day. What if we...?"
2. Invite one other person to join you on a regular basis (once per week, per month, Skype calls, whatever works!) for conversation, prayer, reflection, and encouragement
3. Download these guides to deepen and focus your conversations
4. Invite more people to join you
5. Watch the movement takeoff

Calling Discernment Worksheets
Is there a more important question to answer than this: What am I going to do with my life? Here are a few resources to help you on that journey. These are best used for self-reflection, followed by a conversation with a mentor or a good, listening friend who can help you discern the direction of God in your life. Don't hesitate to use these or reach out to us to help you.
